Qualification Requirements: –
1.Male, age of not over 35 years.
2.Bachelor’s degree in Business or related Logistic field.
3.At least 2 years experience or more in Logistics Forwarder, Warehouse field
4.Able to working overtime
5.Good command English, both speaking and writing.
6.Have the great learning ability including self-learning and awareness
7.Have a great effort for team working cooperation and communication skill
8.Able to work under pressure
9.High responsibility

Job Description:
1.Plan the transportation of goods to taking into account cots, profits and transportation efficiency
2.Coordinate and inform transportation time plans to both customer origin and destination
3.Control and manage various problems that occur during product delivery
4.Prepare transportation billing documents and monthly transportation cost report
5.Coordinate documents and disburse advance payments for branches
6.Submit the vehicle insurance and maintenance act (trucks, cold storage)
7.Check billing and follow up about the delivery process of all branches
8.Report Forklift, MA Forklift
8.Support the management’s car and company’s car including the driver, maintenance and car reservation
9.Prepare and support fleet card and easy pass
10.Expense Reimbursement
11.Ad Hoc

Qualification Requirements: –

  • Male or Female, age of not over 35 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Experience in good connection with various shipping lines.
  • Experience of all shipping lines routing and strengths of each shipping line’s trade lanes.
  • Experience on negotiating of ocean freight pricing, and issuing quotation to clients.
  • Experience in coordinating with overseas agent, sales team, customer service.
  • Understand ocean freight inquiries as well current incoterms®2020.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Optional: To know operation works i.e. Break Bulk, Roro, OOG, Tank Container, Dangerous Goods, Bill of Entry.

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities)

1.Checking & negotiation of ocean freight from shipping lines and cost control.
2.To respond all inquiries.
3.To Communicate with overseas agents regarding all inquiries.
4.To issue quotation to clients and overseas agent.
5.To co-ordination with all operation team for inquiries purpose.
