Qualification Requirements: –

1.Male or Female, age of not over 35 years.
2.Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
3.Experience at least 2 years in Planning field, Warehouse or related logistics field.
4.Good command computer skill and knowledge Microsoft Office tools.
5.Good command English, both speaking and writing.
6.Good interpersonal skills, good communication skill.
7.Basic knowledge in Mathematic skills.
8.Good attitude, flexible and able to work under pressure.

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities)

1. Check the forecast monthly shipping orders from customer for booking and stuffing arrangement
2. Input shipping orders and booking details in the shipment table
3. Check production and shipping schedule with shipping orders to arrange daily stuffing plan
4. Coordinate with trucking team to pick up container according to the queue of stuffing plan
5. Coordinate with CS to check free time and calculate estimated costs to be incurred for customer approval
6. Coordinate with CS to change CY date, extend cut-off such as VGM, CY to complete all shipments as planned
7. Coordinate with operation team to rearrange suitable stuffing plan with manpower and warehouse situation
8. Monitor stock levels (warehouse utilization) and arrange stuffing plan to avoid warehouse crisis situation
9. Negotiate with customer to arrange suitable stuffing plan for the departure date of shipments
10. Confirm Container Loading Plan (CLP), shipping volume and container size of each shipment to customer
11. Follow up shipment confirmation with customer before proceed the shipment
12. Monitoring production plan in AS400 compared to stock in WMS
13. Make Container Loading Plan (CLP) in DRIAN system
14. Daily Stock Report, Forecast and Actual Monthly Shipping Volume Report
15. Perform other duties as assigned
