Qualification Requirements: –

1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
2.3-5 years of Sales Experience in Freight Forwarder
3.Excellent interpersonal skills
4.Good command in English both writing, speaking.
5.Able to work under stressful conditions at times.
6.Highly self-motivated, excellent customer service mind, and positive thinking.
7.Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
8.Strong verbal and written communication skills.

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities)

1.Handling administrative tasks such as preparing records of pricing, managing schedules, and processing sales orders.
2.Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about services.
3.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order processing among team.
4.Preparing and managing sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and quotations.
5.Coordinating with other parties (e.g., ocean freight, air freight, import, export, liners, sub-contractors) to ensure timely quotations to clients.
6.Assisting in the development and maintenance of sales tools and resources, such as product brochures and sales presentations.
7.Gathering and analyzing market data, and freight trends to support sales strategies and initiatives.
8.Providing logistical and administrative support to sales representatives, including support scheduling meetings.
